What happens when you add it
  1. We switch it on for your account once you've added it to your plan.
  2. You set it up in your admin panel. Open Finish setup → AI chat widget. We pre-fill what we can from your fleet and fare setup; you add your coverage area, policies and contact details.
  3. You get a short code snippet as soon as you save.
  4. You add that snippet to your own website. The chat bubble then appears on your site and starts answering your customers' questions.
It needs adding to your own website. The chat only appears on the site where you paste the code — it isn't added to your TransferLink booking page automatically. In WordPress it's a “Custom HTML” block, and most other website builders have a similar option. If someone else looks after your website, just send them the snippet.

It never quotes a price — it points customers to your booking form for an exact quote — and you can change what it knows about your business at any time.
