This policy explains how Time Travel Private Hire, 10 Wimbourne Place, Liverpool, L14 8AA, handles personal data through TransferLink.

Our role

For operators' own customers and drivers, the operator decides why and how data is used and we process it on their behalf. For operator accounts and enquiries on this website, we are the controller.

What we collect

Operators and drivers: name, business name, email, phone and account details.
Passengers: name, email, phone, pickup and drop-off, journey date and time, and payment status.
Basic technical data such as device type and pages used.

How we use it

To run bookings and dispatch, send confirmations and reminders, take payments through Stripe, provide support and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run TransferLink, including hosting and database (Supabase), email (Resend), payments (Stripe) and maps (Google). Passenger details are shared with the operator and assigned driver for the journey.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for the booking, accounting and legal obligations, then it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how it is used. Passengers should contact their operator first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
