TransferLink is booking and dispatch software run by Time Travel Private Hire ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using TransferLink you agree to these terms.
We provide software that lets taxi and private hire operators take bookings, offer jobs to drivers and track journeys. We are the software provider. Each operator is responsible for the transport services it sells to its customers, including licensing, insurance and safety.
Keep your login details secure and make sure the information you give us is accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the drivers and staff you add to it.
New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card required. Paid plans and prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice. You can stop using TransferLink at any time.
Where you connect your own Stripe account, card payments go to you and Stripe's terms apply. We do not hold customer funds for operators who use their own Stripe account.
You must not use TransferLink unlawfully, interfere with the service, attempt to access other operators' data, or send spam through it.
We work to keep TransferLink running but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for missed or late journeys. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. On request we will export or delete your data, subject to legal record-keeping duties.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
